Recently, during a visit to the park, our Pumpkin class made a very exciting discovery—tiny ladybugs hidden among the plants. The children gathered around with great curiosity and excitement, carefully watching the little insects move around.

先日、公園へ遊びに行った際、パンプキンクラスの子どもたちは植物の中に小さなてんとう虫を見つけました。子どもたちは興味津々で集まり、てんとう虫が動く様子をじっくり観察していました。

What impressed us most was how gentle and caring the children were while handling them. Even though the ladybugs were tiny and fragile, the children carefully held out their hands, used soft voices, and showed great kindness and patience. Considering that our Pumpkin students are only around two years old, it was a truly wonderful moment to witness.

特に素晴らしかったのは、子どもたちがとても優しく丁寧にてんとう虫に触れていたことです。小さくて繊細な生き物であることを感じ取り、そっと手を差し出したり、優しい声で話しかけたりする姿が見られました。まだ2歳前後の子どもたちが、このように思いやりを持って接している姿に、私たちも感動しました。

At Beyondia, we place great value on nurturing care, compassion, and respect for others from the earliest years. Small everyday moments like this help children learn empathy, responsibility, and how to treat others gently.

Exploring nature also encourages children to slow down, observe carefully, and become curious about the world around them. Through experiences like finding ladybugs together, the children are developing not only knowledge, but also kindness and emotional awareness.

また、自然の中での経験は、子どもたちが立ち止まってよく観察し、身の回りの世界に興味を持つきっかけにもなります。てんとう虫を見つけて一緒に観察することで、知識だけでなく、優しさや感情面の成長にもつながっています。
