There is something truly special about watching children use their imaginations to care for others. ❤️ This week, Pumpkin Class transformed into a busy little hospital where our young doctors, nurses, paramedics, and patients spent the day exploring the world of healthcare through imaginative role play. With handmade uniforms, colourful medical tools, and plenty of enthusiasm, the classroom quickly became a place filled with kindness, teamwork, and creativity.

子どもたちが想像力を働かせながら、誰かを思いやる姿には特別な温かさがあります。❤️ 今週、パンプキンクラスは小さな病院へと大変身！子どもたちはお医者さんや看護師さん、救急隊員さん、患者さんになりきり、ごっこ遊びを通して医療の世界を体験しました。手作りの白衣やカラフルな医療道具を使いながら、教室は優しさと笑顔、そして創造力でいっぱいになりました。

Throughout the morning, the children eagerly explored each area of the hospital. 🩺 They listened to heartbeats with stethoscopes, checked temperatures, wrapped bandages, prepared medicine, and carefully looked after their patients. Everyone had the chance to take on different roles, giving children the opportunity to experience both helping others and receiving care. Their conversations and imaginative stories brought every corner of the classroom to life.

午前中は、病院のさまざまなコーナーで楽しく遊びました。🩺 聴診器で心臓の音を聞いたり、体温を測ったり、包帯を巻いたり、お薬を用意したりしながら、患者さんのお世話をしました。お医者さんや看護師さんだけでなく、患者さんにもなってみることで、「助けること」と「助けてもらうこと」の両方を体験することができました。子どもたちのやり取りや想像力豊かなお話で、教室全体が本物の病院のような雰囲気に包まれていました。

One of the biggest highlights of the day was our handmade ambulance! 🚑 The children loved jumping inside before rushing off to rescue their friends and safely bringing them back to the hospital. They also enjoyed matching medical tools and equipment while learning about the important jobs that doctors, nurses, and emergency workers do to keep our communities healthy and safe. Every new activity inspired even more creative ideas and teamwork.

この日の大人気だったのは、みんなで楽しんだ手作りの救急車です！🚑 子どもたちは救急隊員になりきってお友だちを助けに向かい、病院まで安全に運ぶごっこ遊びを楽しみました。また、医療道具のマッチングゲームにも挑戦し、お医者さんや看護師さん、救急隊員さんが地域で果たしている大切な役割についても楽しく学びました。活動が進むにつれて、子どもたちのアイデアや協力する姿もますます広がっていきました。

Beyond the fun costumes and exciting activities, this experience encouraged the children to communicate, cooperate, and show empathy towards one another. 🌟 Whether they were comforting a patient, sharing medical equipment, or working together to solve a make-believe emergency, they demonstrated that even the smallest acts of kindness can make a big difference.

楽しい衣装やごっこ遊びだけでなく、この活動を通して子どもたちはコミュニケーションや協力、そして思いやりの気持ちも育むことができました。🌟 患者さんを優しく励ましたり、道具を譲り合ったり、みんなで力を合わせて”緊急事態”を解決したりする中で、小さな優しさが大きな力になることを自然と学んでいました。
